It's a service that my doctor has opted for, to remind his patients of their appointments. There's even an option to confirm said appointment with that automated call.This helps because where I go to, you will pay a fee ($60) if you don't show up or don't cancel 24 hrs before your scheduled appointment.
Yes... this is Televox and they call you and me to confirm "healthcare" appointments, i.e. MDs, Dentists, etc. When you do a Google search this is the first line that comes up:TeleVox Software – Healthcare (sic) and Business Communication SolutionsI think it's a helpful service and they usually give you the option of confirming or canceling the appointment by pressing a keystroke. Much cheaper than a missed appointment fee.Just my $.02
It was Art Van Furniture calling to remind me of my delivery appointment. They called at 8:45 AM, didn't answer, but they left a voicemail.

A message was left. This was an automated reminder of upcoming doctor appointment. Gave correct date and time of my scheduled appt. Still, would not answer a call coming from area code 303 when my doctor is in area code 301. Seems legit to me.
This number called and left a message...it is a call center that is hired through mostly Doctor's offices and such to remind you of upcoming appointments!
This is a medical reminder call from a doctors office. I didn't answer the first time, it called back and I let my machine answer. To bad it is not in the area code my doctor has or even has a description other than "Important Msg", that makes it llok like a scam.
