Someone needs to stop these people, I have enough grief and aggravation in my life. I owe enough to real creditors and don't need phonies to add to it. They also gave an extension #195 and an email address of legalrestitution@gmail.com and refer to Case#7266.

I called the number on the email. The man had a thick accent and was extremely rude. I asked him whatloan he is referring to and he said of course you are going to say that, you should know this information! I kept asking him questions and he just kept getting mad.. He finally said to be ready when the authorities pick me up, then hung up. Im so relieved to find this is a scam... Cant believe people!

THIS IS FRAUD. I have received multiple emails and calls from companies like them. If you have recently searched for or submitted online forms for a payday loan then that is where they got your info.

Dont worry. Make sure you contact all the major creditors cause he prolly has ur s.s. Number as he did mine. I contacted the law firm personally and they said they have been trying to find this guy for awhile now but recomdnded to contact the police, creditors, banks, and credit cards you have incase he tries to open an account in your name

I received the same email as all of you with my s.s. Number n all my personal info in it. I personally contacted the at tourneys office that this person supposedly works for n they responded to me saying that this person is a scam and that they have been trying to catch him for awhile now. The real attorney from the firm said to contact the police, creditors, your bank, and credit card co. You should also go to alert.equafax.com they will put a alert out on your credit info for anyone trying to get a loan or credit card n will contact you imediatly. Hope this info helps you all!

I have been getting this call for years and I knew it was not true, but now they are resulting in an email with all of my information attached. The same Sr. Attorney Michael Davis from Holland AndHart Associates. They call from 303-747-7675 ext 195, They emailed me from legalrestitution@gmail.com.. I told him I would see him in court and only then will I believe its true he also said I would have to pay 12,000 or more in legal fees. I wish we could get someone to investigate with higher authority. they have my ss# and address. But I know they are lying about the payday loan!

I know this is a scam. I have received zero dollars from any payday loan company. This is all we need in hard times is frauds trying to steal our money!

I just got the same email and phone call. Saying he's sending the Sherriff to my door. He has my social. Says he works for that law frim. This needs to stop who should I call ?

Same here terry,I have been getting non stop phone calls and emails ever since I applied for a loan online,they now have my info that's very scary and also got loan scammed recently for $500 very sick people would do this,not falling for it again always research first

Same here Lauren,they said in a few days but that doesn't scare me,just call local police if someone comes over take their I'd s and badge # ,also my credit is bad already so they can't do crap and my bank is closed out ,opened new ac c.
