This scam stuff is crazy and they I received an email today stating from Senior Attorney Sean Hudson, buy with a totally different company. Same dialogue... different contact numbers. I never got a loan or borrowed from Money Green.

these idiots are nothing but scam artists do not be afraid of them! There not even from this country, most of them are from India, Pakistan, and Africa… they are nothing but little punks! Who have a nasty mouth on the phone. Every time I order something online! These dumbasses call or email me with the same threats, this has been going on for 2 years now and nobody showed up at my house! Once they find out who I am they try to say it doesn't matter the law is the law. But these IDIOTS Don't even know the Law... Trust me it's a SCAM!

Putting a alerts on my credit and also reporting him. He sounded very uneducated and was rude. When my daughter contact him back. But once again thanks....

I got a threatening call from this number and also a threatening email from Holland and Hart Associates with the phone number 910-565-4420.

I got the same email. "I am really so sorry to tell you that you are to have trouble". Phfftttt!!!! Whatever! Telling me I am going to court, my boss will be told, I need to pay $11,985, I committed check fraud etc.etc.etc. All in an email. Last summer it was from Gregory Adams and associates. Same blah blah blah. I've done countless hours of research. No attorney is going to call or email you to tell you that you're going to jail. You can not be criminally prosecuted for payday loans (mine was paid in full twice over), it's a civil matter. If you owe a debt, a debt collector calls once(supposed to anyway) then sends a valid letter with creditors name and address and amount owed. They don't try and throw you in court or jail. These people are just extortionists plain and simple.If someone does call you saying you owe money, and you can't remember, ask them to please send a letter to you, if they have your information, and they are legit they will have no problem doing so.If it sounds phoney, do not confirm anything with them over the phone. Keep an eye on your bank accounts, read your credit card statements, and get a copy of your credit report. And another thing, if anyone is getting sued, usually a process server will deliver a court summons face to face, not an email. There is a lot you can do to protect yourself, call the social security office,explain whats happening, they can give some advice as to what to do. File a complaint with FTC and your state attorney general, make police reports. Mostly, don't talk to these scammers.

No need to worry, it's all a scam,but please report them even if you make a police report, it's a start.Mostly, just don't respond to them.
