Annoying spam caller disregarding No Call list.

@Maria who writes Aspen Media is "a legitimate call center/market research firm" NO, they are not.The law is clear, callers MUST update their no call listing every 30 days and numbers appearing on state or federal do not call lists must be purged from the auto dialer. I know Aspen Media does not do this because my number is on the do not call list and they still keep calling, day after day. Really, you think continuous calls are good for legitimate business???

Aspen Media showed up and it was about "The News" magazine that they have been sending our company HUGE magazines that I throw in the trash before I leave the post office. I told the lady that today. Called and asked for the owner by first name. I screen his calls and told her that he didn't take telemarketing calls. I asked to give me her name and a number my boss could reach her on. She said they didn't have a call back number, I then asked for her cell phone. No way in hell was she giving me that. I simply told her to take us off calling list. They are full of it just like all the others that call for the owner....not even knowing his name. I'm sick of them calling. Most of them -- I just let the phone ring. Some have given up after a few times but I know most of them are robo calls.

This number calls all the time. I told them to stop calling. They now call more times in a day because I told them to stop. They somehow got through my call blocking from three different providers.

I got a call. 1 Message said I was in trouble for tax fraud. I've been called now 4 times. I called back no answer. This is a scam number

Surveys are NOT exempt from the TCPA if they're using an autodialer to call your cell phone. You can sue them for that under the TCPA: $500 to $1,500 per call depending on whether the judge thinks it's "willful or knowing" (i.e., they didn't just pocket-dial you).
