A legitimate call to give my permission to continue sending me a medical trade publication. Not a random call.
Tired of it. I am not one of their subscribers and I do not subscribe to anything from them or ever have. They must stop !!
The caller asked for someone with my surname but a different first name. I told him there was no one here by that name, and he apologized for calling "a wrong number." If he had a legitimate reason to be calling, why would he not have had the right number?
I just got this call to me it a scam and they keep calling when I'm on a do not call list. It could legal but I don't answer and out all number on a block.
Call #2New reason for their call - survey regarding Health Insurance. Woman on phone said it wasn't a telemarketing call and I said I don't care it's an unwanted call and do not call again.. She started arguing with me and I hung up. When are the powers that be going to stop them ?
Legitimate ? If they were legitimate they should not be rude. When I tell them to quit calling me then they should quit calling me !
These are repetitive nuisance calls and have been occurring for over 4 years now. They deliberately ignore requests to remove our phone number from their data base. They most often continuously request to speak to people who have a) never been with our company, or b) are no longer with our company. No means None in this company.
I just wanted to reiterate the above response.I receive a number of complimentary magazine subscriptions in the IT field and Aspen just happens to be one of several organizations that handle the annual subscriptions. It's their job to call and update the info and determine whether the subscription is still relevant to me.I would seriously doubt they're doing any cold-calling trying to sell subscriptions.I'd be more inclined to think people forget about 'free' magazines they asked for.
