No, the FCC only matters if the business is legitimate and the numbers ate not spoofed. I've tried everything to get these people caught. Nobody in govt cares, everyone gives me the run around or has their hands tied. I'd love to see these greaseballs go to prison, but nope. They've been calling g me everyday from different numbers for over two years. I thought they would be caught by now, obviously, no one cares.

I get a call from this number at least 2 or 3 times a week.When I pick up the phone they will not say anything.I call back and a recording says the number is not in service or disconnected.The name on my phone reads a Richard F.Brown.I am on the do not call list and have been for years.

304-263-5785 comes up as Richard Brown Jr on caller ID. Recording telling me how "I have been selected to receive a free Life Alert system" and the press 1 to speak to a representative. No option to get on DNC list.

I have received 11 calls from this number on just my cel phone in the past 10 days, didn't count how many on my home phone. They don't say anything when you pick it up.
