I have been getting calls saying that I qualify for a personal alert system from several phone numbers. When I am asked to hit the #1 to speak to someone, it automatically hangs up. I have continually gotten at to 3 phone calls a day from different and when I try to call to have my number deleted from the calling list, I am told the number is unlisted.
This number has called my cell phone 4 times since 4/1/15 with opening of "Hello Seniors" with a free monitor that someone has provided for me. When you respond to tell them to go you know where, you seldom get anyone.,
I have tried filing a complaint. Good luck with that. They just change numbers. I use my answering machine as a screening machine, which is bad as I have a business in my home and rely on my phone a great deal
Rob call: "Hello, Senior. Due to new healthcare regulations you are eligible for a free health alert system........" then I hung up. Have gotten before. Very annoying.
"Hello Seniors!" medical alert system scam. Even pressing "1" to talk to an agent causes the Robocaller to hang up. I keep wanting to ask them which one of my "friends or relatives" has referred me to their program but I can't even seem to get through to a real person. Naturally, they are spoofing the caller ID number with a disconnected one from West Virginia.
For years I have been blocking these calls from spoof numbers. I have a stalker, who admitted in court all about getting into a data base illegally and making these calls. The criminal element can put any number and name on your caller ID. Reported to phone provider they have a trap on phone to locate stalker and will prosecute for their criminal acts. Not just receiving four to five calls daily also receive attacks on computer attached to landline. FAX doesn't stop the stalker.
They start the message in a very folksy voice "Hello seniors...": Obviously a scam to pick off unwitting seniors.Report them. Block them
I keep getting calls from this number, with no message left. Called back and message is this number is no longer in service.
1st call from my Girl Friend-Rachel from Card services.2nd from my a Wilfred Brimley soundalike, asking me to press 1 for Senior Alert services.
