I get a call or two from these criminals every day. I report it every time on a Do Not Call complaint. It appears that the Do Not Call Registry is worthless.The is from Credit Card Services - they want to lower my interest rates... I never carry a balance so they don't know what they are talking about.
These numbers are spoofed, some poor guy got calls at who knows what hours calling him a scammer.
When I get the call I always press 1 to "take advantage of the offer." What is strange is most of the time I get hung up on at that point.When the operator answers I start saying a bunch of pro terrorist rhetoric. (isis, assassinate Obama, jihad, al qaeda, bin laden, hijack airplane, god is great...) I am hoping that this will trigger something with the NSA sniffers and they will start harassing them.
