This is how evil it all is.Today i was in my car in heavy traffic and a new city trying to hear the GPS and not get lost when this number called over and over and over again.The constant ringing was so distracting and dangerous. I have a very sick parent and never know if it's an emergency call for them.

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.
