You need to go back to the source, which Frontier Telephone in V.W. and talk to the Supervisor, Valerie and file your complaint the number is 304-367-9976. Make the phone companies work for you.

Keep getting call from this number.How can I block this number?

Gawd, they continue to call about free medic alert system and I keep reporting them to FTC but, nothing gets done about them. FTC is funded by our tax dollars but is ineffective!

Not because of the Republicans you bafoon. The FTC is under the Executive Branch of the Federal Government, which is headed by the Islamic, Democratic president named Barack Obama. Check your facts before you point fingers. And then call your "seniors" and see if that helps. Good Grief.

I got 3 calls from this number in a matter of minutes I picked up the third thinking "If someone is trying to get a hold of me this bad maybe its actually an emergency" line was dead. Called the number back really pissed off and got a click then a recording that sounded like some scum bag held the phone up to a speaker with a recorded message. I blocked the number from my phone.

Call from this number @ 11:29am, "Hello Seniors..." and I hung up

Since the current administration, i have noticed an increase in fraudulent calls, the DNC list being totally ignored and the government don't care.I get a call from Rachel at Card Service at least 3x a day. Talking to them does not help. I have been cursed at many times. It is also against the law, but since its onkt a misdemeanor offense noone will do snything, been told by local sherrir that since call originated out of state they cant (or won't ) do anything.now i taunt them and play ganes with them, giving false names cc numbers.

I got a call from 304 263 5785. Familiar female voice can on, usually she says "this is Rachel from Cardmember Services". This time I didn't catch the name, but even though I usually hang up on these calls, I decided to "press 1" to ask them to take my # off their list. Guy came on the line. Said he's in Atlanta Georgia, even though it sounded like he's in some call center in India. Starts telling me he's going to lower my rate on credit card bills, that they have license to distribute Visa and Master card for all the major banks, and other nonsense. I ask him "how are you going to lower my rate?" He starts reading some script. I ask him for a phone # and he gives me 800 945 3739. I say, can you take my # off your list. He says to me: "NO [***], NO!"I was pretty shocked, and said, that's great, you are on a recorded line, keep talking. He responds, "TAKE THE RECORDING AND SHOVE IT UP YOUR [***] YOU SON OF A [***]!" Then the guy hung up.I must say, I have never experienced something like this.

I tried to call the number back within minutes, and I was told it was disconnected. I was going to give them a piece of my mind, but blocked the number instead.
