I have cursed them like dogs and hoping they file charges then I will counter file for invasion of my private life and mental stress and what ever else my att. can trump up. if I was interested in a product I would not buy it from someone who bugs me to buy it
NEVERTHELESS pick up if you don't know who is calling. When you answer, it means it's a working number and then the person who called sells the number to others. Then harassment starts. If the call is important, they will leave a message. This puts you in control.
This call just came in I answered they want personal info didn't realize the were scammers until I answered but now they are on my block list
Called and I didn't pick up. No message. I checked the number since I am in Texas and don't know anyone from this area code. Found these posts when I checked.

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
