Caller said he was from US Auto care. I asked what did he want? He said I want nothing Good bye and hung up. Weirdo. Also definitely foreign accent. Call came from Hedgesville, WV. When I tried to call the number back it went to dead air, no ring.

Call 1800FEDINFO and get the contact information for the Fair Trade Commission. They take general reports and when a pool of reports against the same agency gets big enough, they take massive action.

The fraud investigator I work with told me never to call those numbers back because if you do, you look like you're interested in learning more.
