I got a call on the cell phone from this number when in a public place. Very few people have our cell phone number and we use it only for emergency or family. I was ticked off to think of having to pay air time to answer questions for a survey. They were asked to never call again.

There are two Universities in Saskatchewan, one in Saskatoon and one in Regina. There is also the Technical institute called SIAST.You are obviously not from Saskatchewan... or you are an American and know nothing about Canada.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.
