Today I got two calls about 3 hours apart. I've received several calls from this number, but since getting a lot of telemarketing calls, I never answer a number I don't recognize. It seemed odd that there was no message left. From the comments above, I'm still not clear on who this is and why they're calling?

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.
