Received a call from this number:307-920-0621, Country: USA, Location: Wyoming (Casper, Cheyenne, Gillette) on my cellphone today and no message left. I do not answer calls from numbers I don't know.
Received a robo call August 36, 2015 at approximately 2:20 pm PDT. The message was in Spanish. (307) 920-0621
Same thing just happened to me. Phone rang one, they hung up, then number called again. I did not answer. No message left.
I got one from this number to my phone but there was no one at the other end. There was no background noise. We may find that this fake number is a marketing agency checking number they can sell to an advertiser. If the calls come in just as university classes start, they're looking for college kids.

bit coin scam email gave this number.. ( fake paypal ) phishing and bank theft suspected.
Suspicious because name came up instead of number. Name read Fraud/Possible Fraud. Once blocked it showed number.
