Received a robo call August 36, 2015 at approximately 2:20 pm PDT. The message was in Spanish. (307) 920-0621
Same thing just happened to me. Phone rang one, they hung up, then number called again. I did not answer. No message left.
I got one from this number to my phone but there was no one at the other end. There was no background noise. We may find that this fake number is a marketing agency checking number they can sell to an advertiser. If the calls come in just as university classes start, they're looking for college kids.

According to my log, has called 10 times since 2023, always a new caller ID, this one came up as TellCityHall but same number, and at 9:49pm ffs.
