unsolicited call

I went to the Web site and sent an email to the director of marketing. I told her I would report her to the FCC and let her named clients know about the harassment. (They call here morning, noon, and night -- 7 days a week.)I received an out-of-office reply email -- so I know she got my message. But the phone calling hasn't stopped and it's been 2-3 weeks since I notified her to "cease and desist." Guess I'll have to follow through with the FCC and client letters now.I wouldn't buy ANYTHING from someone who behaves this way with a telephone -- which makes me wonder if in fact it is a bill-collector firm or other type of scam??I think this "non-profit telemarketing" is itselt a scam to get around federal laws and do-not-call lists. There is a nother so-called non-profit telemarketing firm doing the same thing in our neighborhood.

This is probably a fundraising call. I found the link to a charity listing where very little money goes to the organization very interesting on the May 23, 2009 comment. They also list the fundraising companies who make the call.
