Thy still don't have the right to call numbers on the "do not call list"I have gotten at least 2 from that Chicago number.

Been getting calls from this number on my cell phone which is just a tracfone. When I answered last night, he was saying something about a survey and if anything would affect my cell phone. I hung up. Don't know what it was all about.
Got a call from this number last night 11/18/13 @ 8.07pm. Didn't answer it because a) I don't know anyone in Chicago and b) they called my cell phone. I really don't think the do not call works on landline or cells anymore...
These people call 4 and 5 times a day. I called and told them to STOP harassing me. I'm on a do not call list!!
you are correct... I received an official letter from the HHS in advance of the call and it completely explained the upcoming call, its purpose and that my participation was completely voluntary. It said it was from a University in Chicago and gave the exact name and details of the organization, and yes it is a survey that is for the CDC.
