That's who they claim to be but the cdc survey specifically says it would be from +1 (312) 578-7015 NOT +1 (312) 578-7017. I called the number actually listed on the CDC website and got a message indicating that the survey they claimed to be calling about had ended. I would be extremely careful providing any personal information to whoever is calling from this number.
Caller claimed to be doing survey for Center for Disease Control. Gave his name as Eric and hung up right after saying his name.
They called and left message asking us to return the call at a different toll free number in regard to a nationwide survey for Center for Disease Control and Prevention on childhood immunizations. Wanted to know if we had kids 12 mos. to 4 years of age.Well.....we are in a 55 and over community. In our 70's. No kids or grandkids and definitely no call back from us!
I got hit with this number twice. It called me on the 15th of June at 9:00 AM Mountain time, and did so again today at 3:45 PM Mountain time. No voicemail message was left and judging by the recent posts many of you have made, I suspect it's a pseudo solicitation call. I did not answer the call in both instances which is probably the smart thing to do if you're getting calls from this number. Just flat out don't answer it. Even if the caller claims to be who it is or otherwise, it's not worth answering calls from this number.
