I have recieved numerous calls from this number, all looking for teh same person. "Antonio" something. The message said they we calling fomr a law office or some other legal area of business, but I cannot understand how they can confuse my voice message for a grown man's!

it may be the law firm of Arnold Scott Harris in Chicago...

I USUALLY RECEIVE CALLS FROM THAT NUMBER TOO. BUT I DON'T ANSWER..

we have been receiving the same calls, i had my husband call the secretary of state, police agency who issued ticket, and the dmv...they have all said that the ticket was satisfied due to my husband going to driving school. so, cook county needs to look at how they keep their records, this ticket was issued in 1998. my husband has had 3 drivers lic. since then, in 2 different states because we have moved...dont you think if this was still an issue one of the bmv's would have caught it, yes, they would have. this lawyers office was contracted by many counties in illinois to collect debts. i have now filed a police report for harassment and deceptive practice on this law firm. we have gone above and beyond to prove he had taken care of this way back in 98' but a clear driving record and the information from the secretary of the state is not good enough for this office. the law office said they will only accept a reciept of payment for the class. who in this world keeps payment reciepts from 11 years ago? they are just hoping some poor soul will be so scared from their tactics that they will give in and pay, not me, i will fight back...........

just purchased a new car received notice in mail saying that i owe three outstanding parking tickets 23 years ago.. i called the # above spoke to a gentalman states he work for the city of chicago and that someone would call me back he indicated that arnold scott harris office would call. I ask him was this a collection agency and why would i talk to theme and not you. he stated their avail to clear the mater up. sir is this a collection agency he stated know.. i advised him to be honest.n so now i await the callfor this agency that have my divers lic# and personal #. fyi i willgo to hearing before they call. just hope they dont get me tied up with red tape. fyi be careful

there was a message on our answering machine from this number so i looked it up through google and it is a law firm that deals in debt collections.The problem is the person they were trying to reach does not live here.To Bad, So Sad!

i have received a call from this number too. over the weekend i have been wondering why some law offices was calling me. it put my stress level higher and at the same time i'm sick. i made a payment plan for the ticket i got from chicago, but the thing is i was not the driver. I don't know why these people are calling me if i am on a payment plan. thanks for this site, i now know not to answer these abusive debt collectors.

Arnold Scott Harris 222 Merchandise Mart Plaza Suite 1932 Chicago, IL 60654 they are trying to get people to pay for tickets that are not there's.
