This company's voicemail says "If you have received a call from us on your caller ID, we will call again in the future" To do it as much as 15 times a day is excessive and breaking the law
I got a call from them tonight. It was a boring survey and I wasn't in the mood. I actually like it when I get calls from a sexy sounding woman. I can usually get them to start answering questions before they are forced to hang up by their supervisor.
312-775-1287 Caller Id is IPSOS apparently a marketing research company. They call everyyyyyyyy day!!!!!!!!! So I just don't answer anymore. So annoying, you'd think they'd get the hint!
having read other information online , this number is just some telemarketers looking for you to provide answers for their survey - if I don't know the number , I will not answer it and am always wary of those phishing for personal information
In answer to your question...auto calls always wait for you to say 'Hello' TWICE before they begin their annoying speel..to make sure they have a caller (AND your attention) on the other end.
312-775-1287 had several calls from this number, took a shot and called it back. From the recording I got, it is from a marketing research firm and they want you to take a brief survey. Caller ID on our phone tags it as "SYNOVATE" !

I work for Ipsos. They are a shady company and there is NO way to get rid of them. They force us to literally harass people. You can let the person get through a rebuttal and politely say you're not interested, that will get rid of them for a couple of months only. They do not add people to the DNC list and they do not pay their employees and lie about them. I have to remain anonyomus because I'm filing a complaint with the labor board. All I can say is keep turning them in. Keep reporting them. They took over Synovate and destroyed it. We hate them too!!!!!!!!!!
