ipsos is a market research organization...they call cell phones & when you call back they tell you they aren't selling anything...just want your opinion!!
Just received a call from 312-775-1287It said Illinos on the phone display.they did not leave a message
Ipsos called me 3 times in 30 minutes at dinner time. They drank fizzy lifting drinks so THEY GET NOTHING!
I am on the do not call list, why do I keep getting calls from you people??? please stop calling me!!
I agree with this post as my wife's sister is in some sort of rehab and this makes the most sense to me,even though she is not in jail/prison.I just added this number to my reject list = no more calls from this number.take care all.
Have received 2 calls today from 3127751287 claiming they were from the American Red Cross and in partnering with FedEx, they wanted to know what my companies evacuation plan was. Shady
We are on the no call list , Caller stated that my number had been selected! Trying to make me feel like I was the only one! She did disconnect fast when I repeated we are on the no call list and I was hoping the call was recorded.
I answered and no one answered me back so I hung up. On caller ID, it was listed as IPSOS & then 312-775-1287. First time I have ever seen this number.

Won’t give up I never answer but they keep dialing it up. Irritating, say it’s debt collection and city says Dallas.
