I think the call blockers that block up to 1,500 calls are down to around, $40 now on the online auctions. I have one and love it.

The do not call list in nearly worthless. It is easy for telemarketing to by pass (even legally-GRAY AREA). If they can't fix things like this, then they should scrap the entire system and start over. By the way, I've written to my congressman, both senators, the governor's office, the state and federal attorney's office and the office of the President of The United States. The ONLY response I got was from an automated response from the President's Office thanking me for writing. Otherwise, nothing. I hate it if they are using taxpayer money to fund the do not call list, because if they are, it is another total waste of our money,

July 7 2014Same phone number as 313 355 5255 and i never pick up the phone with the caller ID Member services. These calls come at least two times a days since months. It is very annoying and it is comfort me due to I am not alone so I have to ignore it. Thank you for sharing.

Caller ID shows Member Services. I told them I'm on the DO NOT CALL List and to remove my number from their list. But still get calls at least twice a week and I refuse to pick-up the phone. Why doesn't Privacy Manager work anymore?

This *hore is such a nice woman. She just introduced herself on a robocall message to let me know that the FBI wants to warn me that a burglar is working in my neighborhood. I wish I could have talked to her to find out when the FBI took over for the local sheriff and the Bakersfield P.D. No wonder the FBI doesn't have the manpower to look into the IRS Scandal or the corrupt administration that is taking away our constitutional rights.

I Have to wonder about the DO NOT CALL LIST, it doesn't seem to be very effesctive.

Received two calls a day, but didn't answer from "Member Services." Accidentally answered this time and a recording about FBIs showing more break ins etc... I believe this is a security system. I waited to the end. Number 9 is the do not call request now. But as soon as I did this and hung up. They called again!

Apparently there are still enough people answering these type of calls so they stay in business. I NEVER ANSWER A CALL IF I DON'T RECOGNIZE THE INFO. I don't know anyone named MEMBER SERVICES, OUT OF AREA, PRIVATE CALLER, etc., etc., so there is no way I will answer. I wish everyone had caller ID and would do the same. Unfortunately, I haven't found a device that can BLOCK all the unwanted calls I receive so not answering is the only choice I have -- as of today. When the people who are running these boiler houses fail to make a profit, that is when it will stop. But there's a new crook with a new scam popping up each and every day so everybody out there who is frustrated like me -- just keep hanging up or (my choice) don't answer. Once you answer they will say you received a call from them before or you called them or you asked them to call back and they will keep fishing to drag you in -- or sell your number to some other scammer.

"Member Service" Robocall starts out with "Hello, the FBI reports that..." and I hung up.

I wish you people would please stop calling me. 225-698-0802. If this doesn't stop, 3-5 calls a day, I am going to find some way to file a harassment suit against you. I have had 3 surgeries and am only slowly recovering. These calls interrupt my rest and are starting to cause my to nerve problems. Please acknowledge this. If not, and I continue to get these calls, I WILL take action. This comment will also be forwarded to my Congressman, both Senators, the State of Louisiana Attorney General, the State of Louisiana Governors Office, the Parish of Livingston Sherriff's office, the Attorney General of the United States, and the Office of the President of the United States.
