I got a call from this number and an Indian guy was on the other line. Said its for quotes of auto insurance. I said I wasn't interested and he said Fu*k off so I hung up

Indian dude just called me too. Who is he? What do he want? Hell, who do he work for. Do I owe a bill of some sort? Why he can't identify himself? He know who I am but I don't know who he is. Just some creepy dude on the other end of the phone. Most likely not in the U.S. Even if he is in the U.S it's still creepy. I feel like I'm being stalked. Should I notify the authorities for being harassed by this Indian dude?
