This number called me wanting to know if I wanted to lowering my interest rate on my Sears card. I don't have a Sears card.
This is a scam, they say they will lower your interest rates, and when they asked for my credit card number I said, I'm sorry I can't provide you with that, to which they responded F*ck you, F*ck you, F*ck you, byeeee. I mean truly disturbing.
I just got a call and of course didn't answer as I don't answer calls of numbers not saved with a name. I work for a telecom company and know that any business can present whatever number they want for outbound caller ID regardless if it is a number of theirs or not... active or not. So, don't trip on the fact you can't reach someone when you call back... that's their plan... one-way communication. Next time, I may answer one of these rogue calls and have a little fun with them, but adding this particular number to my phone's call reject list.

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.
