Well "tom". if that is the case you have nothing to worry about, you have no identity to steal.
You're right, the call is unsolicited. If you are a member of AARP then the call is not solicited.
If you have done business with their client in the last 18 months then the call is not solicited.

This number keeps calling me. The message they leave is like a clicking sound. No one speaks. Very odd. I’m blocking this number

My calls were being forwarded to this number and I have no idea how it happened.
They hung up. In the last ten days I've had unauthorized credit card charges and an identity theft related to a Medicare fraud case. I suspect this is related.
