It's Express Scripts - a prescription insurance company. If you receive prescriptions mailed to you then they're more than likely calling because there's a balance on the account. Which is the reason I'm getting a call from them as well.
I called them back, if they start asking about medications being purchased anywhere use "it is against Hippa act to discuss my or my family medications with you", they hung up on me immediately. Haha!
legit call, from Express Scripts asking about prescriptions that I have and should put on 90 day mail to save money
Called Express Scripts back ( on actual toll free #) after receiving a call and they had no record of anyone calling me and no need to call. They advised me it was a scam to obtain info. Beware.
this is my pharmaceutical company express scripts, but it may be their sales force. they were calling to try to get me to transfer over to them from a local pharmacy some diabetes medicine i get locally for free.
Received a call from this number about my prescriptions to transfer to home delivery. This was a legit call as i just went on the express scripts website and saw that my prescriptions are in process of being transferred to home delivery.
I just got a call from this number, and it sounded like a conference call talking about politics. Could've been a recording. Hung up on it.
why was it not more convenient? I think getting a 90 day supply is better than going every month to the pharmacy. I am there about 4 times a month as i am on a lot of prescriptions. hope you reply
