whose this ? it says pnc loan which its not I think its a fraud ? when you call it no one answer except it hangs up on you?
Got a phone call today saying that I was approved for a $5000 loan and will get my money in my account after I give them $200 (refundable) for insurance incase something ever happened to me before the loan was paid off
