This is not an incoming call number...this is the number your AT&T phone calls to get to retrieve your voice messages.
This number comes to my Tracfone, which I only use for outgoing calls; I don't give out the number, so I ignore this voicemail. Maybe 4 times a year for the past few years.
The caller doesn't leave any message. There is just some background noise. Very irritating. How can I stop this #@$%&/?
This is often called 'spoofing' or 'fake caller ID'. Google that. Scammers use YOUR cell #'s caller ID to call other numbers to scam them... Be aware. I found 6 calls attempting to use my number on my usage list with AT&T all show up as if 'call forwarding'... still a mystery to me. No charges were incurred as my phone was off and only used while in the USA... I'm from Canada.
315-935-9999This # called and left a voice mail stating she was from Blue Cross insurance comp. She knew my name. She was hard to understand and for me to make out her name was impossible with her accent.

Got a call from this number. Had my name and number and wanted address info but I would not provide. Would not tell me what bill(s) he was calling about without address verification. I did not provide. Call was ended.
