I have the same thing that was happening to me. Couldn't figure it out as to who was calling my phone, this number was calling my home phone, cell, and all my family's phone's mainly mine. And was able to check all my incoming and outgoing calls. Ended up getting a different phone because he took over not only my phone, but was also connected to IPad as well.

NO SHE DONT.... my home phone, cell phone was being tracked. This voice mail that kept showing up was able to call my phones and was able to see all my incoming and outgoing calls.

THESE CALLS ARE JUST PLAIN B.S.

Received 25 voicemails 0.00 minutes each from this number in January. 7 voicemails on the 15th, 4 on the 16th. I have tried to call my own voice mail & it hangs up immediately from this number. Tried calling this number from another phone & learned from AT&T recording that I need to know the caller's mailbox number. I was concerned that I might have missed a family member or friend urgently trying to reach me on my google hangouts number.

Report them to the Federal Trade Commission. www.FTC.gov. I just got the call today from the same number. They left a callback number in my voicemail. What these people don't realize is when they do that and its reported, they're easier to find. The FTC just took down some 3000 of these people and about 7 yrs ago I was called because I had had so much information on the fake check scams, I helped by reporting and they had located the leader in Florida who's now serving life in a Federal prison. Let the unknown calls go to voicemail, write down both numbers, the one they called from, and the callback number then report it. Also using Blacklist Plus, the free version app to block unwanted numbers from calling back is a sweet app! You can block messages, text SMS etc. 3 yrs using it. Over 40 numbers reported also. Look for a red square box with a white circle in it with a slash through it. They are also on Facebook. Just search Blacklist Plus. Believe me your not the only one who sick of these fools. But the app is great! I might average 1call every few weeks now.

Actually if you don't answer and let them go to voicemail, you then take both numbers and report them to the FTC. www.FTC.gov and they actually have captured and arrested over 3000 of these scammers. If people would stop complaining so much and help them with just reporting numbers, even the odd numbers that aren't real, they will be found. I just reported this number along with the number they left to call them back, which is talking to a horrible English speaking person. blacklist plus app the free version stops these calls fast. You add the number they call in on and it links all their numbers to that and blocks them as well. Blacklist Plus, red box, white slashed out circle in it. Free version is same as paid version, they just want people to think paying you'll get a better version and you don't.

Fraud. Says I’m being sued by the federal government

The voicemail came thru with this number (317-730-6247) but the caller ID showed it as being 518-615-7967. It was one of those recorded messages with a female voice stating something about arrest, etc., and that I needed to call back, but gave the 518-615-7967 number. I would definitely avoid any calls from either 317-730-6247 or 518-615-7967. Apparently the 317 number was able to make the caller ID show as the 518 number. Definitely not legitimate.
