I recently got a cell phone through AARP and only my kids have the number until now - however, it showed this number under "missed calls"! My landline is on no-call list. Where do they get these cell phone numbers?? Btw: I don't have ANY debts!!
Called in the middle of the night leaving a message. "This is your Chinese wake up call. You will be sorry you missed us we call again in 15 minutes,." Sounds like kids, lots of background noise. Very annoying.
Mine is the same as cpm. The number keeps showing up on my phone as a text message that was added to a voicemail. I delete it but it comes back everytime my phone is shut off or if it runs out of batteries, etc. Very annoying.
Received a call today in Ohio from 317 730 6247. It was a voice mail with no words spoken. I am on the no call list and do not live in Indiana. Will just wait and see if I receive more calls. Thus far I have received 1 death threat from a telemarketer, perhaps this will end up being number 2.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.
