um "jim" there are some collection agency that are not all that bad. some ppl just need to learn how to pay their bills! i understand things do come up where some ppl may not be able to handle the financial responsiblities that they once were able to, this happens to many ppl. example: me. but that doesnt mean you should curse someone because they do their job. if they keep calling send a cease & desist letter, it means they can only contact you by mail... the best to get them to stop calling and is to simply answer and tell them your situation and let them help you! think of it this way, if someone borrowed money from you wouldn't you want it back?

Yes a bill collector.. i had identity thief, 12 years ago the guy went to jail, now i am getting harassment calls from his collectors, they don't listen i told them what happened, they still call wanting me to pay his bills.. and says that his name is under my SSN so i must know him, YEA i know him he cheated me out of thousands, and i almost lost every thing.. took 3 years to get back to normal, well he must be out of jail

If you receive a call on your cell phone-----block the number------call your cell provider---make sure you are on the "no solicitor" list------I just did and wasn't on the list!!! I thought I was on the DNC.Best to check and be sure-------I am like everyone else-----------I am sick of these calls!!!!

I never got call or letter. Only email. So I call cbe n they have my info but no case number. They r saying 45 days late but it didn't say what's in for n owe. So I don't owe anything to cbe Bec they lost case number..

Multiple calls from this number on my cell phone. Unknown agency. No message left. Very disrupting.
