Number left two voicemails stating my number was connected to a property I wasn’t. Called back to say they had a wrong number and like a dummy provided my phone number 🫣. This IS a bogus situation and now I’m quietly freaking out! They have my voice and my phone number!

The caller called and said that this was an emergency and if every thing was ok and asked for emergency word code.

This is a LEGIT number. It is ADT. A neighbor has ADT. I am the contact back-up number for the alarm company.

thats adt calling you as an emergency back up just tell them to take your number off the call list

As an ADT (Alarm monitoring) subscriber this number at times, yes, it is a 24-hour computer generated call has always been a notification that a NON-Emergency signal was received by ADT. These auto calls alert me that either my Internet, landline or cellphone back up is not in contact with the ADT network. Although bothersome, they have alerted me of the problem. Usually resolves itself, but I am grateful the system self checks. Out of dozens of calls, one such notification alerted me that my system needed a technician to manually replace a part. The other alerted me that my telephone line was detached from the house during a strong storm, in which a tree took out the lines. I live with the fact the call can come 24/7. No issues here.

This is from ADT to advise that they have lost connection to your device. I got the call during a power outage after the back up battery died. True, a bit disturbing that one of their subscribers is not receiving their call instead they are calling you.

This IS ADT. I called them back and then told me what was wrong with my system simply by me giving them my phone number.
