This is the number for Portsmouth Public Schools. This number ios used to send out the automatic alerts as to closings etc.
757-393-8001 will show on caller id for all City of Portsmouth, VA city offices per a woman I spoke with after getting a prank call from that number.
Got a call, answered it no one on other line and when call back it tells me phone number disconnected.
Portsmouth city offices. Only an outgoing number. Not a callback number. They left a callback number for on voicemail.
Caller says "you have an appointment at a Behavior Health Care" facility... and spoke so fast had to have this lady repeat herself 4 times. Once I said she was crazy and she had the wrong number, she hung up and then when I dialed back it said this was a disconnected number and it was no longer in service.

Got a letter that said I applied for an AMAZON card. Called the number to inquire what this was for, they started asking for personal information. When I said no they hung up on me.
