It is a collections agency claiming you owe money when you really don't. It is a scam. Best thing to do is put the number on your cell phones black list. Most smart phones and Blackberry's should have that feature built in. If not, I am sure there is an app to block the call.

There is no such thing as "no call days" in ANY federal or state statute. Why is the internet filled with armchair attorneys like yourself that disseminate false and misleading information ?

Just got a brand new phone number...NO ONE has it.....but I keep getting calls from this 310 242 7350 number. ....all hours of the night also...the other night at 9 pm.........I don't have any bill collectors and no one has this number.....so it must be whoever had this number before me.........they need to be sued.

They have been calling at least twice a day once after I have gone to bed. Don't understand who they are or what they want I pay my bills and on time

CBE Group looking for someone that does not live here. Never has. Told me they would try again later. Caller ID and an answering machine will get their next call.....Idiots.

They called here twice; I answered the 2nd time. It's CBE GROUP and they were searching for someone unknown to collect on a debt. Asked them to remove our number. Not sure they will but I do know our NC Atty General's name and address!
