I have never answered, (having dealt with calls like this before, I found that if you answer, they call more) but they never leave a message, and they just keep calling multiple times a day, up to every day, even in the weekends. I guess I'll just block it. I just want to know if its legit-- but I assume if it was something serious, they would leave a message.
I have received 11 calls from this number in the last 3 weeks. After not leaving me a message the first 2 times, I blocked them. I don't know who they are, but this gets really annoying!
Did a search online and it came up as the ASPCA. They used to call me in the past when I donated to them so they're likely asking for membership.

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
