Got a call from a guy named Dan Miller, with United Courier Service saying I am being sued. He said, "I need your address so the documents can be served." Well how can you sue in court with no mailing or physical address of the person or the state, county they reside in? I'm not living in L.A. the city or even state I'm supposibly being taken to court in ,actually I'm 1,500 miles away, this is a scam, big scam.
Called the number the guy who answered (not the female who left me a message) just answers "yes can I help you" with no business name. I asked several times who the company was and he refused saying usually when people call somewhere they know who they are calling. The female who called identified herself on the voicemail as Shelly Thompson. BEWARE!!!! This is ultimate fraud.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
