the are a scam .Ask my Bank ,they said THEY WERE A SCAM . THE SCAM WANTS YOUR ID .dO NOT GIVE IT OUT.
Received a call from Unknown phone number rep stated they was looking to speak with a Robert Ping advised we do not have any client by that name...rep most of got the wrong number
Hell, they have been calling me all day. My payment isn't due till 23rd. Did the same thing last month.
Talk about harassment....started calling a week before payment was due! They have been told the payment was in the mail...which it was! Yet they continually call my cell number,my mom's cell number and my mom's home number! They say the payment will be late and they need a cc number to charge the late fee to! HELLO....there will be no late fee! They all talk with an accent which you can barely understand...but the last call she gave me the name of Lisa and I made her spell it! Area code 325 is in Canada! Not sure what nationality the accent is....doesn't matter....harassment is harassment! Don't know if this legitimately Credit One or if this a scam! I have started keeping a log of these calls ! If it is a scam, log will be of no use but if it is Credit One Bank...this account will be paid off and closed!
Got a call at 8:30 e.s.t., they would not identify themselves. Went online angry and saw the posting. This reminded me that I was a day late with Credit One. Made the payment and setup text reminders so I would not be late again. Angry they woke me up, grateful they reminded me about payment that I was late for. Glad they have text notifications available. It's all in your attitude.
I missed 3 calls from this number so I called back and an Indian woman said it was credit one... I told her I didn't even have an account with credit one bank and asked for my name, social security number, and mailing address. I asked why she needed that information if I didn't have an account with "credit one" and she just told me she would make a note of it, said bye and hung up on me. Sounds like a scam
