They are calling me asking for my scoioal secity number. No way am I going to give it out.

Called for my deceased mother. When I said she was not available, Megan asked if I have power of attorney, I said yes. She wants me to Fax a copy to her. THEN she can tell me what this is about. My mother had NO outstanding debt, so I cannot imagine why they would be trying to collect a debt from her. Has to be a SCAM!

Called my cell phone at 10:13 am 2-7-2018. They didn't let it ring but a short while and didn't wait for it to be answered. Not the first call from this number though.

yes they have called me too but i never answered.. is horrible they called like three times a day... well whatever i wish they stop

yeah they keep calling me every week, never leave a message, i final answered today and they jsut right off the bat demanded abunch of info but wont tell me who they are Who the [***] are they?

If you are able to get the information on the ORIGINAL CREDITOR from them ITS IMPERATIVE you call the Original creditor and find out if 1. They know about this collection agency 2. Status of your account3. Pay the original creditor NOT THE COLLECTION AGENCYUsually when they are obnoxious it becausethey are junk debt buyers - the purchase old worthless legally uncollectable debt. Past Statute of limitations, discharged in bankruptcy, already paid or just plain scamming. These types of agencies violate FDCPA as a normal part of business. I just got a call from this number and the lady ask me if i still lived at a previous address. I said no, she then hung up.

This is a collection agency called Datamax out of winston-salem NC. They call me over outstanding medical bills from North Carolina Baptist Hospital. VERY annoying! They call like 10 time a day and most of the calls are back to back. I just don't worry about them because them calling and harassing me will not get them their money any faster.
