Woman that barely spoke english that was spanish (with kids crying in background and a guy speaking in spanish), claiming that I had a loan debt and I had to pay up. Scammers.
These crooks are located overseas, thus the DNC list does not apply to them. All you can do is block their number, which will work for a couple of months until they change their number. There is no way to stop these crooks from calling you because once they have your number, they sell it to other crooks and you an never get off their 'lists'.

My calls were being forwarded to this number and I have no idea how it happened.
They hung up. In the last ten days I've had unauthorized credit card charges and an identity theft related to a Medicare fraud case. I suspect this is related.
