Okay everyone, I've posted now about 5 times or so. Here are my thoughts. One, I see that someone mentioned to contact the FCC, and I think that's a good idea! Two, I think we should also contact the FTC which is what I did. I filed a complaint, but since these people are OBVIOUSLY outside the US, and even though they're using 361-210-3456 and 877-777-5544, they're probably calling from computers, and the FTC or any other US agency will have no jurisdiction over them. Three, I liked that one lady's suggestion of telling them that there is a trace on her phone that will eventually catch up to them, and let them know that they WILL be caught and that they're committing Fraud! Four, someone mentioned that they're trying to get you to say certain words. I think one word they want you to say in the conversation is the word "YES". Do NOT say the word "YES"! They may use a cut and paste and copy your voice for some type of approval. Five, here's what I told the guy that called me. I said "Jesus Christ loves you, and He's coming back one day, but He's not coming back for a thief or robber or scammer which is what you are. So, you better accept Christ and turn from your scamming ways". That's just something that I mentioned to the guy, and I told him that he will be caught one day. Six, don't confirm ANY information. I never let him get through his entire script. So, I really don't know what the entire script says like many of you do. Seven, don't answer the phone from them. If you don't have caller ID, get it. I've even got Anonymous Call Rejector, and they still call me! Eight, I called the police, and they told me to contact the BBB which works with the Attorney General's office. Nine, from now on, I'm going to be a little leary about answering any number that is out of the city where I live. I think I'll just let someone leave a message, and if they leave a message, I can call them back. If they don't leave a message, then I will look up every number online that calls me. Ten, let's work diligently to put these scammers away for good.

Rachel,How did you get your phone company to set up a trace? That's certainly good news! Also, how is it that they're already calling you with your new credit card number? Is there a particular place where you're charging stuff? Also, when you received a charge to your account the first time from them, did you provide certain information to them? What kind of questions did they ask and how did you respond?

These two tel nos. 360-210-3456 and 888-777-5544 were constantly calling my cell phone more than 20x since yesterday until today. It's very annoying, I have to shut off my cell phone.

I've received 4 calls in the past 20min I answered the first one and it made my phone freeze then I ignored 2 then the last one I answered and there was know one on the line. Never called back but does anyone know how to block calls where it won't ring on my end nor their end?

These scammers have called me 12 times today!! 3 within the same hour, and then once or twice every hour after that. I have tried ignoring their calls, and sometimes I answer and cuss them out. I have found that it's easier just to answer the phone and say "If you don't quit calling my MF number..." and then they hang up LOL!! Twice when I told them to take me off their call list, they said "our records indicate that this is the first time calling you..." and then I flip out on them. It's really getting annoying!! I was looking into sueing telemarketers for spam calls, but you can't do anything if you don't know who these people are :(

I have received about 6 phone calls from this number so far today and I want it to stop. I have tried to call the number back and get that it has been disconnected.

I have received several calls from 360-210-3456 within the last hour. This call shows up on my caller ID from Washington. This has been going on for several days and I am so frustrated. Even after telling them to stop calling and to take me off their telemarketing list, I still get calls. Don't know how to get rid of them. Isn't there some way to stop these unwanted calls. Even my phone service has a recording that says they can't process a "custom" request at this time (after dialing Star 60).

I too am recieving calls from this number. They called my home phone, litterally about 22 times to day while I was at work. No message. When I tried to call the number I get a busy signal..reporting it to my bank.

I am so sick of getting call after call every hour, without leaving a message. I would like this to stop asap. I am not sleeping well, CAN'T THIS BE STOPPED????
