I myself noticed this number in my text msg. settings yet I just had factory reset my phone. I have ATT for my wireless provider how about you?
i have att. 360 339 9740 seems to be att message center. i deleted the number restarted the phone and the number came back
Yep. I had this number stored for research and I was an att customer on a business account with "baby momma" the account is in her control. My phone was acting very strangely, and I'm led to believe she's been eavesdropping on my personal affairs.
My theory (since it is listed under my "Set Message Center" as well), is that this number is where our texts are sent/stored since we have a cloud backup of texts on our Samsung phones. It doesn't appear to be the number we are texting from, but rather the number associated with our phones that is storing our texts. I don't feel it is of any harm as we know our texts are being surveilled.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
