Susie, I have a better idea, why not asked to be put on our Do Not Call list? We don't want to call people who don't want/need our stuff. FYI, hanging up never really works, we will call you for a month or 2 every year, then next year when we have new information, we will start calling again.

Modern telephone equipment damps the noise so your ear drums wouldn't be "busted". And if you insist on calling people who have already asked not to be called, then you are going to get angry people on the line. BTW, Deb posted SEVEN YEARS AGO!
