I have put much thought into whether i should even write this after finding a site like this. But I have decided after working for cascade callworks for almost 4 years and being fired because of someone who was subsequencely fired for exactly what I was complaining of that got me fired that there is no justice for the justified, no devotion to the loyal, no glory for the proud and, therefore, should be no warmth for the cold hearted in that company. It would be said I got fired for being late one less time than the many before me, bubt it is unsaid that I lost that job I once was proud and believed in because I rebeled against the favortism and unprofessionalism of a manager who was eventually "let go" for precisely those issues. Ironic? Hypocritic ! And then I was singled out under my nose for another bit of unprofessionalism that I must admit I was as much guilty of as the manager, Tina Boltz, who I was found to be sleeping with even though the company never found out we had actually had sex in the company break room and in the company parking lot. Aftera 3 year affair that ended Tina's marriage after I was "let go" and not accessable enough to her she moved onto another employee, Mike, which ended not too long ago thereafter she moved onto 2 other men I know of. Unprofessional? Cascade Callworks is run rampid with company relationships. Even though I never let it effect my production I felt descriminated against though moment the rest of the company found out about mine and Customer Service Director Tina Boltz extramarital affair. Hypocrits? I'll tell ya, Tina Boltz told me that owner, Shawn Shurstead's, marriage was ended after he started having an affair with his assistant. Where are the committment to employees, rules of conduct or even values in that company? I used to be one of that company's top producers, most proud employees and even tried to go back there because of my unwavering dedication to loyalty. Well, I guess NOW they can call me "disgruntle". You waste 45 mins talking to these people? Must be nice to have that much free time in the middle of the day.

Numberous times a week I get phone calls from this number (our called id it just shows the number - not company name), when I answer they hang up because the recognize my voice and they are trying to reach the Owner directly, which won't happen unless they talk to me first.

THEN QUIT CALLING MY HOUSE "NOT A BUSINESS" AND NOT LEAVING A MESSAGE...OR BETTER YET DON'T CALL MY HOUSE "NOT A BUSINESS" AT ALL!!!!!! I DIDN'T INVITE YOU TO INTERUPT MY FAMILY TIME!!!!!!! I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIST MY TIME TO CALL SOME [***] AND TELL HIM TO QUIT CALLING ME FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT ASK FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE........AND WHO THE HECK SAID I WANTED ANY OF THE CRAP YOU DO SELL...GET A REAL JOB JERK AND QUIT USING A TELEPHONE TO HARRAS PEOPLE...........
