Just received a call from this number. I didn't answer, but going back through the posts here, I found that I previously reported on this number. Apparently being asked to be removed from their callng list doesn't work. Not that it would, considering these people are trying to get your credit card info, likely for less than honourable reasons.

I am from Canada and I too was called from 3862333694. I could tell it was a telemarketer and I had time. I gave him no personal information because I said I had to feel comfortable with the person I was talking to before I would say too much. We talked about the weather, his family, where he is from, what he does for a living and so on.I had the time to play with him and tie up his valuable time to which he got so mad he agreed to put me on thier "do no call list". I thanked him then hung up.I then called my credit card company so they could put out an alert about this scam.If you have time, have fun with these idiots and try to get personal information about them and thier company and put it on the internet. A little pay back so to speak.

This is what I do....I answer the phone, blow on a whistle really loud and then hang up, they don't call again!!

I get a fax call about 3 times a week first thing in the morning

Also pressed one and said I'm on DNCL, he promptly replied "Liar, you're a liar. How much did this cost you, 10 cents?" - ??! I hung up

Do what I did *57 which traces the call so if they are using a phony number it does not matter this traces call to the REAL number which allows the authorities to access this information. I than filed a complaint with Canada's Do Not Call List, than called CRTC every day after waiting 30 days for an answer from them, since I did this 18 months ago I have received 3 calls for each one I asked them if they know about *57 because I am going to use it and file a complaint against them and insist on it being followed up. Before Bell Canada got fined I had to sign an affidavit against them that confirmed their illegal calls to me.
