Got a call from this number and when my daughter answered, they hung up on her. I looked it up on the internet and found this site.
they call all the time, I don't answer, but after I googled the number I see they are calling for a cable company. I am on don not call list, therefore submitting report. So annoying!
On March 17, 2007 at 12:17pm I received a call from ESM 1-386-538-7500. This is one of many calls that I've received from this same name. Since I have caller ID and since I did not recognize this company I did not and nor have I ever picked up the phone when they call. They did not and have never left messages on my answering machine. I get these calls weekly. This is becoming annoying and harassing.Who are they and what do they want?
I received a call from this number in the past and again this morning. The phone rang once then stopped then they called back. Left no voicemail. I just reported them on the do not call registry.
I got a call from them and they claimed to be Comcast. Asked me questions about my service, most of which didn't apply to me since I don't have internet or phone service with them. Makes me wonder...
I called back the number and they said, "Thank you for calling cable tv confirmation. Please hold and your call will be answered." I waited 30 seconds and the next message told me they are experiencing delays and to please hold. I hung up. It uses up minutes on my phone. I don't know why they are calling, I just got my cable hooked up last week.
