Numerous calls every day will not answer

this guy is a pain in the [***] calls at 9pm can we get rid of him???

i did not answer the phone because i did not recognize the number

Calls and doesn't leave message. According to read posts they have no reason to call me.

They drew first blood.

Calls several times a day. Leaves no messages. Now they are letting the phone ring 3 times (the answering machine answers on the 4th) and hanging up, then immediately calling back. I am on the national "do not call" list. I plan to report them.

joining the club here. Same exact experience as everybody else, calls at least 3x a week, mostly daytime.. Can AT&T help locate this caller. Or, even better, does anybody have NSA connections so that this caller...er... disappears?

Follow-up: I did not check earlier postings if anybody else has done this.I googled up Evergreen Sales, found their website: . On that website, they have a "CONTACT" link on the upper right hand corner. Click on that, and it will give you 2 ways on contacting them so that they can remove you from their calling list: via e-mail or by automated phone.Remember that even if you are on the National Do Not Call list, a caller acting on behalf of a company you do/had done business with (Phone service, insurance, cable, QVC, etc etc) can still call you to offer new products or services. Now that I have contacted them, I will see how the next 4 weeks will be insofar as these calls go
