They called my cell phone at 8:15 am this morning (they're EST and so am I). I did not answer and they did not leave a message. What a nuissance!
have called my cell several times... same story... no message... didn't answer and won't in the future.
Got the same warning that my car warranty was about to expire. Asked if I wanted to speak to an operator. Ridiculously, I said yes and the phone went dead.
They said my warranty just expired for my car. I knew that wasn't true because I just bought a car less than a week ago. They said this is my last warning and they kept sending me notices in the mail. Then they asked me if I wanted to talk to a specialist . I said yes and they hung up on me.
