Called me 3 times in a row. Didn't answer the first two. Answered the third call - whoever was on the other end didn't say a word.
The registry is for telemarketing. If a company thinks they have a legit claim to money, they aren't doing anything wrong (technically). Report them to the DA of the state they are calling from if they are harassing you. They'll stop.
