Just received a call. Normally I don't answer weird numbers but I used to live in Rhode Island and still have a few friends there so I answered. Said it was "Credit Card Services" wanting to help me "lower my interest rates to 6%." Hung up.

I just got a call from 401-583-4565 and I didn't answer it. I read the comments of people who said that this number belongs to scammers. Can something be done about it once and for all? I'm sure there are people who fall for these low lifes, especially elderly people. How can they get away with it? DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!
