It is definitely Walgreens reminder service. It will call to let you know that a prescription that has refills available can be refilled if you want. The recorded attendant knew my prescription information which no one else would. Refill ordered. Thanks!

They called my house and didn't leave a message. I'm not going to call back because it's long distance. Must be really important.

You don't have anything ready - but the call is telling you that you have prescriptions you can have refilled. It's a reminder so you don't forget to call for a refill. I did it and it was all correct information including the prescription and where I pick up.
